It is mentioned in Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadees # 2510 that the Holy Prophet PBUH did cupping in the mid of his shoulders.

Hazrat Salma (R.A) narrates that:

Whoever complained of headache, the Prophet (PBUH) suggested cupping to him; and whoever complained of pain in the foot, the Prophet (PBUH) suggested him to apply henna on it.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar (R.A) narrates that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said:
